This rosé combines the savoury and aromatic deliciousness of Great Western Nebbiolo with a small amount of the sweet red fruited juiciness of Grampians Shiraz.
Fermented and matured on lees in old French oak barrels and then allowed to settle and racked as clean as possible before bottling with minimal sulfur and no filtration. This is a bone dry rose with no residual sugar.
Individual wines can only be purchased in packs of 6-12.
We are offering free freight in any combination of Dhiaga Wines in a 6-12 pack for Dhiaga Wine Club Members or in a dozen for non-members.

Colour Mid Salmon rose with an onion skin hue.
Nose Lifted notes of red flowers, pomegranate, orange peel, jasmine and fresh stone fruits.
Palate Fleshy mouth filling red fruit flavours combine with a citrus tang and a biscotti like nuttiness. The finish is creamy and dry.
Try it chilled on a warm day beside some moving water with a bunch of good people, or just that one special one. It also tastes great when served with tuna or salmon dishes. Best drunk within a few years of the vintage to enjoy its freshness and vitality.
